Hairpieces –

We are unable to accept returns it exchanges on hair due to the health and hygiene policy once the hair has travelled to and from our warehouse we then can not re sell the hair. This policy is also stated for ear rings, bikini’s, bodysuit’s, underwear, caps and hats.

Clothing –

If the clothing item is not suitable and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase your entitled to a full refund ( with the exception of postage charge) if reported within 3 days (International customers within 10 days) and returned within 14 days following date of receipt. All clothing items must be returned with our original packaging and unused.
